1. Tournament participants must enter as a two-person team.
   
   
2. Tournament participants must be 18 years old or older as of the first day of the event, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants must make tournament officials aware of any person competing under the age of 18.
   
   
3. Each tournament participant MUST possess a valid PENNSYLVANIA fishing license. Appropriate licenses covering the New York and Seneca Nation of Indian waters of the Allegheny Reservoir are the responsibility of each participant based upon angling plans. Pennsylvania licenses must be presented by each participant at boat inspection each day of the event.
   
   
4. All tournament participants must complete, sign and submit an official rule form and waiver. Forms may be photocopied.
   
   
5. WCCBI reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.
   
   
6. All contestants must be able to start and drive (at least at idle speed) a boat, navigate by being able to follow a compass heading, recognize prominent landmarks and be able to assist with man overboard rescue from any point in the boat All contestants must be able to enter, exit and operate the boat and perform the above-described duties under their own power.
   

LIABILTY RELEASE:

I acknowledge I am VOLUNTARILY participating in this event. I am aware that my participation in this tournament creates the risk of serious personal injury or death. I realize I may experience anise loss or damage to personal property. I assume all risk of injury, death and loss of personal property which may result from my participation in this tournament I hereby release and discharge all official tournament persons, tournament sponsors and volunteers from liabilities of injuries, damages or other loss sustained by me.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT:

I understand that this event is a sporting event governed by rules. The Tournament Director shall settle all disputes, and his decision will be final and without legal appeal. I hereby agree to accept the findings of polygraph examinations conducted at the request of the Warren County Chamber of Business & Industry.

PHOTO RELEASE:

As a participant in this tournament, I understand and agree that photographs and/or video tapes of me may be taken while I am participating. I agree these items may be used by tournament administrators, sponsors and news media without royalties or prior consent to help promote the Warren County region but not for product endorsement without my consent in writing.
